OSS2 Cloud is a professional drilling and well control simulation platform designed to replicate real-world operations with high visual fidelity and true-to-life system behavior.
The simulator supports surface and subsea operations, MPD workflows, and critical well control scenarios, providing a controlled environment for training, assessment, and skill development.


CORE CAPABILITIES
At the core of Orcus Sim Studio 2 is a real-time hydrodynamic simulation engine that continuously calculates pressure, flow, and mechanical behavior. This allows the system to respond instantly to operator inputs such as pump rate changes, choke manipulation, and drilling parameters.
Trainees experience realistic well behavior, including pressure fluctuations, kick detection, circulation effects, and system response under both normal and abnormal conditions.
Instructors maintain full control over the simulation environment through a dedicated instructor station. Exercises can be started from predefined snapshots or modified live during execution.
Mechanical failures, wellbore complications, and operational anomalies can be injected dynamically, allowing instructors to adjust difficulty levels and react to trainee performance in real time.
Orcus Sim Studio 2 includes a workflow and exercise engine that enables structured, step-by-step training scenarios.
Instructors can define objectives, validation criteria, and alarm thresholds to ensure consistent execution and objective performance assessment. Optional AI-assisted guidance can support scenario configuration and procedural training.
All simulation activity is recorded as time-series data, enabling detailed performance analysis.
The system provides real-time visualization of key parameters such as pressure, flow, torque, and RPM, along with automated report generation. Reports can be exported for record-keeping, audits, or trainee evaluation.
